In our exquisite, bizarre, beautiful, and absurd artform, it can be difficult to discuss our hegemonic structures, traumas, political dynamics, and socio-economic barriers to entry. We value communication and discourse, listening, learning, unlearning, and relearning.
We love ballet down to our bones, but we believe ballet can be better.
